At royalleather.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your Leather Products, we will gladly accept returns of undamaged and unscratched items within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Return Process:

1. Return Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please send the parcel through any courier service at your own expense.

2. Delivery Charges:

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

3. Processing Time:

Refund requests will be processed within 2-3 working days after we receive the returned products.

Steps to Follow for Return:

1. Repack the Parcel:

Ensure that the product is packed securely. We will not accept damaged items, so please make sure the Leather Products are properly protected in transit.

Include the following details:

  • Your Name (as it appears on the order)
  • Your Phone Number
  • Order Details (order number, product details)

2. Return Shipping Address:

Ship the return parcel via a traceable method (Courier or registered post ie Leopards Courier, TCS, M&P) at your own expense to the following address:
